This philosophy of ‘equality’ drives Mansi Dalal to create ‘equitable access to education for all’. For her and for Ray Foundation, education is more than learning. It is a tool that creates a fair chance for people irrespective of their strata or social status.
Mansi’s own belief in education has helped her to be a life skill coach, a counselling psychotherapist, an art-based therapist, a happiness coach and a social worker. She has paved a path for Ray Foundation that leads to empowerment and upliftment of underprivileged children and youth. The nurturing begins with education and is further strengthened by holistic edification, wisdom and compassion. The path seems long yet she is making her every step count.
