About मनRay Foundation
Founded in July 2019, मनRay Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization.
Our social upliftment work is grounded firmly In the belief that education is the means to ensure upliftment, develop self-esteem as well as self worth in children and the youth.
Hence, we focus on the two most fundamental elements in our efforts towards empowering underprivileged children viz., Spoken English and life skills. These skills empower children from underprivileged backgrounds and from vernacular mediums of learning to cope with and enhance their use of the English language.
We fill this gap by teaching the children to communicate in English and build their self esteem through life skills techniques. This enhances their chances to face the challenges of life, get good jobs and stand confidently along with their peers. School fees for children from poor backgrounds are also sponsored.
The मनRay Foundation also works towards spreading Happiness by organising different fun events including educational activities for underpriviledged children like children’s day, diwali Christmas and holi Celebrations. Organising health check up camps and counseling sessions for all age groups are also carried out by us.
The मनRay Foundation works closely with colleges students by guiding and counseling them on career prospects and conducting life skill sessions.
मनRay Foundation also sponsors children’s education by helping families who are not able to pay fees of their children.
OUR VISION
We, at मनRay Foundation, see every childhood as our responsibility that is meant to be protected and nurtured. And, there is no better tool than holistic education to make every child self-reliant and independent. We reach to the lowest denominator of the society with a well-drafted education programme. The children from the underprivileged society are provided with equal education opportunities and also with mentoring for the development of their emotional and language skills.
It is with this approach that we have created, and will continue to create individuals who are psychologically well-curated and show enhanced cognitive, affective and social skills.
OUR MISSION
Our mission focuses on eliminating hurdles and shortcomings of children from underprivileged societies in order to place them on an equal platform of opportunities available for the rest of the world. This platform is created through a structural programme that encompasses entire journey of a child till her/his becomes self-dependent. The various stages of this programme include reaching out to them with a team that is sensitized towards their issues, addressing their career related anxieties and low self-esteem. Our mission is touching many lives and yet we are focusing on reaching more and more individual, eventually shaping into a healthy society.
