At the heart of the मनRay Foundation is a vision to create a brighter future for underprivileged communities. Spearheaded by Mrs. Mansi Dalal, Founder and Trustee, her commitment to education, hygiene, and empowerment has brought transformative changes to the lives of thousands. Her visionary leadership has shaped the foundation’s mission to uplift marginalized communities, particularly in rural and urban areas. With a dedicated team of passionate individuals, मनRay Foundation stands as a testament to the power of collective action and heartfelt compassion.

The मनray Foundation thrives because of its team’s unwavering dedication. Operating in two key regions—Mumbai and Palghar—the team includes:

Mumbai: 30 volunteers and 2 field staff, who conduct educational and life skills programs.
Palghar: 10 volunteers and 1 field staff, working on initiatives like the Hope Kit, Atmavishvas Kit, and infrastructure improvements. This team, with over five years of experience collaborating with community-based organizations, focuses on tailoring solutions to the unique challenges of each community. Their efforts have been amplified by the generosity of CSR partners, including Rajiv Plastic Pvt Ltd, Mialtus Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, and more.

Reach and Presence

Since its inception, मनRay Foundation has made an impressive impact across Maharashtra:

Areas Covered: Reaching 75 schools in regions like Manor, Kolgaon, and Palghar, and extending to remote villages and tribal areas.
Beneficiaries: Approximately 5,000 children have benefited from initiatives like the Hope Kit and Atmavishvas Kit, with significant increases in school attendance and decreases in dropout rates.
Community Engagement: By integrating essential services such as hygiene education, menstrual health awareness, and infrastructure development, the foundation ensures holistic development for children and their communities.
Future Plans: Expanding to a multi-faceted school and medical center in Vikramgadh to serve as a model of sustainable education and healthcare.

Through its programs and unwavering commitment, मनRay Foundation continues to build pathways for a more equitable society, one child, one village at a time.

OUR GOALS

We, at मनRay Foundation, aim for one objective of creating a comprehensive society by including the most important aspect called children. It is to provide them with essential language skill, inculcating cognitive skills and creating self-reliant individuals out of them.

Our goal is achieved through various approaches and assessments which eventually lead to calculated outcomes.

METHODOLOGY

Holistic approach to develop every child’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, creative and spiritual potentials.
We aim to create “whole” individuals who are well balanced in their outlook on life and their personal understanding of themselves in relation to the world.
