The मनRay Foundation works closely with Zilla Parishad schools in rural and tribal regions to improve education access and infrastructure, making quality education a reality for underserved communities. Through these affiliations, we strive to address systemic challenges and create opportunities for thousands of students.
Our Initiatives
1. Infrastructure Development:
- Construction and refurbishment of classrooms, toilets, and washrooms to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for students.
- Setting up essential facilities like computer labs, science labs, and libraries to foster an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Providing basic amenities such as benches, fans, clean drinking water, and free meals.
2. Resource Distribution:
- Educational aid, including books, stationery, and school bags, to ensure every child is equipped to learn.
- Specialized kits:
- Hygiene kits with toiletries and menstrual health essentials for girls.
- Atmavishwas Kits containing sanitary pads and menstrual panties, paired with workshops on menstrual health.
3. Accessibility Improvements:
- Arranging bus services for students traveling long distances to school.
- Providing cycles to help children commute easily and stay motivated to pursue education.
4. Teacher Support:
- Hiring qualified educators, including spoken English instructors, to enhance skill development and learning outcomes.
5. Health and Wellness:
- Organizing medical camps, including eye check-ups, to address children’s health needs.
- Distribution of spectacles for those in need and raising awareness about personal hygiene.

Schools Partnered: 75 Zilla Parishad schools across rural Palghar.
Students Impacted Annually: Over 3,500 children benefited through
improved facilities and resources.
Community Reach: Impacted families in 24 villages.
Our Vision
To create a Hub-and-Spoke model connecting well-equipped secondary schools (Hubs) with primary schools (Spokes) in the hinterlands, ensuring seamless education access for rural children.
